NSSR had this idea last year to run a Guinness World Record attempt in a quarter mile
(1320ft). The idea was to get the fastest speed sleds together all at one event and have a
show down. Fast Eddie, Marv Jorgenson, Lynn Anderson, Justin Duran, Simon CPR, Paul
Groth of frozen assets, Henricks/OSP Racing. The NSSR event was called “Fire on Ice”
located in Menomonie, Wi on January 30th 2010. Paul & Simon CPR where not able to get the
power to the ground, Marv and Lynn did not show up, Justin broke a reed, so it was down to
OSP/Henricks racing, and Fast Eddie. Eddie came out and ran a 184MPH (1/4Mile),
OSP/Henricks racing went up a put 183MPH on the screen, Eddie came back with a 188MPH,
OSP/Henricks came back and laid down 189MPH, winning the event!
